Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all jewelry pieces purchased from Sol de Martie.
Processing Time
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow 1–4 business days for processing before shipment.
Once your order has been carefully packaged and prepared, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer two domestic shipping options through USPS:
Economy Shipping – Delivered via USPS First Class Package (typically 4–7 business days)
Standard Shipping – Delivered via USPS Priority Mail (typically 2–4 business days)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and USPS service conditions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99 (before taxes and discounts). Any active free shipping promotions will also be applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Sol de Martie ships to the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping, but we’re working to expand soon!
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been marked as delivered by USPS, Sol de Martie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
We recommend ensuring your shipping address is safe and secure before placing your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@soldemartie.com before your order is processed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
If no response or payment is received within 5 business days of the package’s return, store credit (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the system after shipment.
